The Donation Access License (DAL) is a Tier 1 ship module at the Patriotic Administration Center — not a Warbond or Medal shop item. It makes Support Weapons deploy with full spare magazines instead of the default half loadout.

What the Donation Access License Unlocks
Without this module, every Support Weapon stratagem lands with half magazines. With DAL, affected weapons get their full reload count on drop — for example Railgun 10 → 20 rounds, Heavy Machine Gun 1 → 2 belts, Flamethrower 3 → 5 tanks.
Affected stratagems include Machine Gun, Stalwart, Anti-Materiel Rifle, Flamethrower, Heavy Machine Gun, Railgun, Grenade Launcher, Laser Cannon, and several newer support weapons.
DAL is also the prerequisite for the Streamlined Request Process ship module (10% faster Support Weapon cooldowns).
How to Get It Fast
- Unlock the Patriotic Administration Center on your ship (standard early progression).
- Farm Common Samples on Terminid or Automaton planets — retrieve and exterminate missions with sample boost modifiers are fastest.
- Buy DAL before cosmetic capes if you run Support Weapons regularly.
- Check the terminal — if greyed out, you may need the PAC branch unlocked first.
Is DAL Worth It?
Yes for most squads that lean on Support Weapons (Railgun, Stalwart, AMR). Skip only if you never call support stratagems. DAL is permanent — one purchase, every future run benefits.
